oh yeah.. like they are going to "consolidate" all the people
with "expertise" so that all the bloody agencies can "share"
them..
like if a guy in my department is great at video-editing, no way,
no how am i going to let him be loaned out to others to do
video-editing while his work piles up, to be shared out by the rest
of us guys while he is over at another agency being stressed to
hell...
and i would not want to grab someone else from another agency to do
a project where his work will pile up... (but then, others won't
care and will probably do it anyway)
another "project" doomed to failure...
